and sportsman racer's needs. Bill Howell has been an active drag racer since 1964. He has been the Div. II NHRA Champion 3
times and is a past IHRA National Champion. His daughter, Grace, is the 1996 NHRA National Jr. Drag Racing Champion and currently
competes in Stock, Super Stock, Sport Compact and Pro Stock. Howell
